Normal Pap Smear
A normal pap smear indicates a healthy cervix with the absence of ASCUS, a natural remedy is helpful for achieving this state.
During the test, the vaginal opening is widened for a better view of the cervical area and a special instrument is inserted to take a sample of cervical cells. The cells are then examined under a microscope for correct size and shape. If the cells do not reveal any changes, a woman is likely to have a healthy cervix and vagina.

ASCUS, a natural remedy
Papanicoaou test appeared in 1943 and has been used ever since to uncover cancerous and later precancerous cells. The procedure is simple and is recommended for women who live or have ever had sexual contacts. Women with no sexual relations or those with 3 consecutive negative results may take the test less often.
