Abnormal Pap Test
An abnormal Pap test may result from cervical cancer or vaginal dysplasia.
In nearly all cases of cancer-related conditions of the cervix, HPV is directly linked as the cause. The length of life, the remission time, and the treatment capability will individually vary as a function of the body’s immune system. However, early detection is key to preventing cervical cancer.

Abnormal Pap Test -
Cervical Cancer, Vaginal Dysplasia
A condition whereby cervical cells are undergoing some uncharacteristic changes is called dysplasia. A diagnosis of dysplasia does not mean the woman will definitively progress to cancer. However, if mild dysplasia is left unmanaged the possibility of it becoming more serious is greater. An abnormal Pap test may result from cervical cancer or vaginal dysplasia.
