Leep Procedure - Risks
Overall there are few major risks associated with a LEEP procedure, but there are a few that occur in a small percentage of cases. If your doctor is recommending a LEEP procedure, talk about what symptoms to look for after the procedure that may be signs of more major complications. Also if you do not feel comfortable with the risks/complications associated with a LEEP procedure, then speak with your doctor about other treatment options.
